CSG is an authorized security company operating throughout Sweden. We have around 850 employees working with all forms of security services to create a safer and more secure environment around the clock, every day of the year!

In the role of a security guard within our various assignments, you will have the opportunity to be part of all the security resources that work together to ensure that our fellow human beings feel safe and secure.

Application Process:

If you apply for the position and become one of those we intend to hire, you will need to apply for the police's security guard training yourself. If you meet the requirements, are accepted, and complete the training with a passing result, CSG will pay for your training, and you will be offered employment upon agreement. CSG will, of course, assist you throughout the process.

CSG intends to hire both full-time, part-time, and on-call security guards for our current and upcoming assignments, as well as replacements during the summer vacation of 2026.

Requirements for the Position:

• You need to have good physical fitness to pass the physical tests to become a security guard.
• Your Swedish is very good in both spoken and written form, and we prefer that you are multilingual.
• You need to pass legal compliance checks that occur in the criminal record.
• In addition, you must have good suitability for the profession of security guard.
• You need to have high school qualifications or equivalent.

About the Role of Security Guard at CSG:

To thrive in the role, you are expected to be responsible, have the ability to make decisions, and handle stressful situations.

It may also be good to know that before you can start your service in our assignments, you will undergo specific training for the objects for a few days, as well as a certification test if the work is within public transport.

If you have work experience, especially in jobs where you are in close contact with other people, we consider it an asset.

If you also have a driver's license at least class B, we see that as a clear advantage.
